Alex Gordon
Alex Gordon is the former Sports Editor of the Sunday Mail and Chief Sports Sub-Editor of the Daily Record. He is the author / co-author of five books, including The Lisbon Lions: The 40th Anniversary, Bertie Auld: A Bhoy Called Bertie and Seeing Red: The Chic Charnley Story (all published by Black and White, 2007-2009). More recently, Mainstream published Celtic: The Awakening, and Birlinn published his biography of Denis Law, Denis Law: King and Country. Alex has also worked as a columnist for World Soccer Monthly and was the Scottish correspondent for France Football and L’Equipe. He lives in Glasgow.
