Eli Lee is fiction editor at literary journal Minor Literature[s], where she also writes essays and reviews, and an articles editor at speculative fiction magazine Strange Horizons. Her story ‘Rupun’ was in Fable (2015), a collection of modern fairytales from The Pigeonhole, and ‘Today’ was longlisted for The White Review Short Story Prize 2016 and performed at Unsung Stories Live. She has a first-class BA in English Literature from Oxford.
Eli’s debut novel, A Strange and Brilliant Light, is a riveting, thought-provoking speculative literary novel exploring the impact of the AI revolution through the eyes of three very different young women. It will be published by Quercus in July 2021.
